Piranesi Condos - Denver's Golden Triangle
Submitted by greggles on Fri, 2006-12-08 14:32.
Denver is seeing some great “infill” or development of underutilized space (parking lots) into something with a higher value (condos, retail, office, etc.).
The Denver Infill site is recording this information for lots of developments including the Piranesi Condos.
These have pretty interesting floor plans and at only 4 floors at least it won’t be an enormous and out-of-place tower like some of the other developments in the area. With such a tasteful development in a great neighborhood, I wish them the best of luck.
